I missed an outing with rashal n hidayah ytd T.T cuz i had to work ytd afternoon so i couldnt make it to the outing.. work has been well, so far (: it can get quite stressful at times when random customers just call mi up and start ranting on how they couldnt get the cable modem set up, how unfair it is to only be able to collect their free notebk next yr, how starhub is more inferior to singtel..
DEN WHY SIGN UP WITH US IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!?!?!
i am seriously v pissed with this stupid cheena man. i am nt being a racist. no wait, it isnt racist since i am a chinese as well. wad a disgrace to chinese man, these pple. anw, tt guy was really getting on my nerves ok. He was unbelievably unreasonable.
He blames me for the notebks being out of stock, blame me for not telling him that the internet services would start upon installation of the modem, blames me for the 1633 hotline being non-chinese speaking, blames me for his hi-card running out of money etc etc
LIKE WAD THE HELL. firstly, its COMMON SENSE that internet services WILL start when u plug d damn cable into the damn port. secondly, i DID warn him that he wont b able to recieve d free notebk till march 2008. Thirdly, 1633 HAS instructions told in chinese, it is just that he WASNT smart enuf to press 2 for chinese when prompted to. Lastly, UR HI-CARD NO MONEY DEN GO N TOP UP LAH U KUKU HEADED.
but customers are always right. so i hav to grit my teeth and put on a facade of politeness when speaking to him. and each time he demand smth stupid, i wanted to just reach to the other side of the line and strangle him to death lah. STUPID CHEENA MAN! that day when i was out with my sis, he had to spoil the whole mood by calling me ten thousand times. and i got NO free incoming calls. URGH.
I am so glad i chose to be a vet luh, just imagining myself as a sales promoter for anuder gd 50 yrs of my life makes me reel.
anyway, thankfully there are lots of good food these few days to relieve some of my stress =DD Went for a super posh dinner at Oosh for my dad's company dinner (: weeeeet. It was so yummy that i finished every lick of d dessert [Warm Valrhona Chocolate Torte with Haagen Daz vanilla icecream] without any tint of guilt =DDD bt it was hell expensive, dad reckoned tt d whole meal would hav cost over 100 per person.. ouch. bt it was worth every cent. the aroma, the taste, the presentation.. XDD
then sbsequently, on sat night.. there was anuder dinner at Tanglin ballroom. my second cousin got married n it was good food again!! YUM YUM!! =DDD
So, i hav to work extra hard to make up for the extra fats put on. k tata, gg IMM later to get smth for my dad's bdae~ den off to work, i go (: hope i don get posted to lucky plaza again. tsktsk! LOL.

=D hello.. back frm my 3rd day at work alr.. it was damn tiring lah, this job.. hav to stand and smile non-stop for 4 hrs straight luhh.. but despite all tt, IT IS A FUN JOB =D all d pple verh nice and friendly. Besides, d working hrs and days r super flexible =) weet!!
On d 1st day, it was quite confusing lah cuz uncle Parry paired mi and Eugene up and both of us r d noobish of all d noobs lahh.. and uncle Parry did not brief us on maxonline promos n both of us were totally clueless. So Eugene had to pretend to b a customer n call up starhub to get more info. and finally, after sitting at Macs for an hr or so, reading up and researching more about the promos, we were all set to start our work (:
It was quite a fulfilling day, considering the fact tt both of us r only beginners. i got 2 followup sales tt day n Eugene was more steady. He signed an invoive on d spot.. weet! At 7.30pm, both of us were super -.- alr n so we packed n left..
Ytd, i was paired up with a senior, weichuan. He must be feeling verh dreary to find out tt i am teaming up with him. LOL. cuz on sat night, after my work.. i went back to the office for followups n d whole time, me and eugene kept bombarding him with endless qns XD
then today, i was crazy enough to go to work again. cuz i wont b free on fri night n thur's a public hol so i hav to work mon, tues and wed -.- do u hav any idea hw tiring tt is??! super luhh.. anw, i learnt my lessons today man.. and tt is
never work on consecutive days..
Gosh! my back ache like crap after like 2 hrs today n i was reali grumpy.. lol. Poor charles was demostrating to me ways to counter backaches n trying to cheer me up by telling me all the funny and weird customers he had before. E.G
one customers signed up maxonline plan (broadband) with Charles.. then a few days later, she called Charles back and scolded him like crap for...

Gg for my job later after d looooong hrs of training ytd.. AHHH~~ i am freaking out alr... ytd, i met up with nao, bao, cow n ahwei at chinatown (thx for travelling all d way ther to meet me =D ) rimei n noeleen couldnt come cuz they had smth on n its too far for wang.. tt poor girl hav so many events gg on simultaneously luhh.. n bei's.. she's prob busy bahh.. super hard to find a time whereby every1's free at once lahh.. haiz.
anw, we walked all the way to singapore river frm chinatown, which wasnt verh far, btw. n they were bombarding mi with questions at NLB, questions regarding my sales promotion thingie.. ohmygoodness, i can nt ans even 1???

I got a job alr... its a sales promoter for starhubs (i haven used starhubs b4 in my whole life anw ;p ) no basic salary, works only on commissions... MY FIRST PAYING JOB EHH... anw, i called wang just nw to ask for her advice bt apparently, this is nt a verh gd job =S bt nvm lah, i go try first loe.. hope trish's application works too =D
anw, guess wad? within 3 wks, i hav been to CHI-NATOWN twice -.O went with chienlan n mingxian just a few days b4 my kk holiday n today i was back again! -.- hahaha, mi n my sis ate d same tangyuans again!! lol, d ones tt sent all 3 of us into mad laughters- squeezing each other's tangyuans to confirm d flavour.. LOL..
I ate damn lot today again, not much of a surprise. sadly. Yesterday, went sakae-ing with my cousins. their treat =DD Uncle treated mi n sis to Bt Merah's Claypot Laksa this afternoon.. awww~ i feel so spoilt lah.. bt its a GOOD FEELING ehh =D den i went for a job interview at chinatown, ate tangyuans n kuehs again there... THEY HAV TURKISH ICE CREAM THERE but then i start seeing fatsfatsfats written all over d ice-cream n I DIDNT BUY IN THE END T.T how sad is that man..
ok, i shud stop all tt. im sounding more n more like a bimbo if i kp harping on all these brainless stuff.. btw, on a higher intellectual level, i shall talk about my WAUFP results. THEY ARE OUT!! n i'm satisfied with it (: heh! i hope all 4 of us can get into vet science, if not.. ITS OK! ther's always a 2nd chance no? ^^

yesterday was a super relaxing day for me. finally gt to stay home for d whole day, doing nth... It was like that until trish msn me saying,

that threw me into a mad frenzy in search of my user i.d bt it was to no avail. apparently, the sotong me chucked it away whilst packing to come home -.- so i've been painstakingly "guarding"my laptop since 8am in the light of recieving an email from tisc. BUT THEY DIDNT SEND MI ANYTHING AND ITS 10AM NOW!!!!! I AM FREAKING OUT!!!! bt i cant stay home n wait any longer cuz i am due for a dental apptment in, gasp! 15 mins! and i am still home -.-

I am back from my holiday~~ Yep, i MIA-ed for a wk plus cuz i went backpacking at kota kinabalu for a holiday (: it was funfunfun though i am aching all over now.. i cannot even climb down d stairs properly without my face in a distortion of pain... but it was damn worth it coz..
I CONQUERED THE THIRD HIGHEST MOUNTAIN IN SOUTHEAST ASIA..
MOUNT KINABALU!!!!!!
I climbed close to 20km of mountain ehh.. frm 6/12 to 7/12.. So don laugh at the way i walk now ok!
to be exact, i climbed about 16km of mountain with my legs and the other 4 km or so with my hands... cuz it was too damn steep to climb without plunging to my death so we had to rope-d all the way up to the highest peak of mount kinabalu.. and no, there wasnt any picture taken because in that kind of life-threatening situation (at least it was to me), it was absolutely crazy
to whip out my camera and start snapping pics.
anw, here are some of d pics i took when i am past the rope parts and after descending from the peak..

and thus..
I was both mentally and physically drained after climbing from d mid mountain all the way to the top that i was seriously delirious to the max alr.. try waking up at 2am in the cold of about 5 degree celsius at the altitude of abt 4000 plus metres where breathing has became a difficulty even when brisk-walking and climbing for anuder 3 km to the peak of Mt Kinabalu from mid mountain (after tt gruelling 6km frm d previous day; we completed the climb in 2 days)
And on top of that, my heart had to keep up with the rapidly thinning of air as i ascend higher to the peak... and all i had with me was the strength, youth and d will power to conquer the mountain.. no skills. nth.. so i felt super duper accomplished upon reaching the Low's peak (an ironic name cuz tt is actually d highest peak of Mt Kinabalu -.-)
anw, HURRAY!! i finally reached the peak and got myself a certificate (: weet!! i was really on the verge of giving up already cuz i was really v. overwhelmed with tiredness, sleepiness, coldness and wadhavu's... Bt thanks to d guide who went up with us, we made it to the top =DDD CHHEERS once again..
of course the trip does not only consist of the climb up Mt kinabalu (though tt climb was the highlight of the whole trip), I saw RAFFLESIA (the largest flower in the world, i reckon?) =DD i thought it would be like HUMONGOUS but it was ok lah... its big for a flower luhh, but no big enuf for me to go, "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!" its prob just, "oohhh.. tts big for a flower~~"
my tiny head in comparison to the big flower..crapp.. my face still looks fat beside the largest flower in the world. T.T *crys*
One of the 8 species of Rafflesia.. 2nd largest to the 1st (duh -.-) and of about 80cm in diameter, according to tt guy, the largest is only 2-3cm biggest den his rafflesia.. o.Oand guess wad?! we had to pay a whooping RM80 just to walk through some muddy "garden" (its way too small to be labelled a forest) and see ONE blooming rafflesia.. the rest are like this..
cuz apparently, the owner of the "garden" said that the blooming period of Rafflesia is only for a wk and after tt, it just rots and become part of the soil.. we were considered lucky to be able to even see a Rafflesia in its blooming stage, as claimed by the robber owner..
oh wells.. OHHH!! and i went WHITE WATER RAFTING, 4TH degree at PEDAS RIVER... IT WAS DAMN SHIOK OKKKKK!!!! omgomgomg!! super duper ultra fun!! though it wasnt as accomplishing as the kinabalu climb, it was much more fun!! all those bumps, sudden plunges, dropping of the heart and mad screams... i was SUPER DAMN HIGH ok! =DDDDDDD
we grouped up with 3 other koreans, along with a crazy rafter and the whole time was nth but HIGHNESS...!!! the rafter kept throwing us into the river when d waters r more still.. There was this poor korean girl who was flung off the raft like a million times and i gt flung off a million times too for trying to save her and when i was not on guard.. So during the calmer moments of the rafting, we spent most of our time in the water -.O
i dont have soft copies of the rafting pics so i will only post them up after i scan in the pictures that the rafting crew took for us whilst we were rafting through the rapids.. we bought the videos too!!! =DDD teeheehee!!
OHHHH!! and i saw Pitcher Plant at Porings too!! THEY LOOK SO NICE AND ATTRACTIVE LUHH, but are actually scheming lil carnivores! tsk tsk!!
see see!!! so pretty ryte? but look closely inside! all juices of the insects it had trapped and devored! *shudders* its just like using "MEI REN JI" lahhh.. lol, suddenly remind mi of HANTU TEKTEK!! gahgahgah!!hmm.. lets see.. wad other interesting stuffs i can blog about.. OOOHHHH!! i sat on a train, FINALLY!! after the many yrs of "daddy!!! i wan to sit on a real train!! not the ones we have in sg!!", i sat on a very very old train in Sabah... =D it wasnt as nice as those tt i've seen on postcards and in movies, bt it was a really good experience
at the entrance of d train station wher everything still looks quite glam.....
until u enter the 40 plus yrs old train...!
but it was ok luhh, like i said, it was really an eye-opener for me and no matter wher we are, so long as ther's mi and my sis, we can zi-high anytime and keep all of us entertained =)AND ZOMG!!! I noe this is damn SUAGU but GUESS WAD again? I LIVED IN THIS COOLEST LODGE EVER!! 
and if u tink this is it den u are wrong! CUZ THER'S A FRIGGING COOL FIREPLACE INSIDE. gosh!! mi and my sis went googoo and gaga when we saw it. damn chic ok!

ok, here you go! roung hse, and btw... eveything inside is so round tt it makes mi giddy just sitting there and eating my fried rice -.- somehow, even the tortoise they have looks round to me @.@
