Updates!!
Friday 27/06
Met my sis after sch n it was a mad rush to meet yan's cousin at novena! after tt, it was mad rush to lucky plaza cuz we die oso muz eat the YONG TAU FU ther n the shop closes at 6pm -.- we reached ther at 5.55pm! WAKAKAKAK!! bt nt much ingredients left -.- so we had to make do with wad they hav loe.. as long as they still hav the SAUCE! cuz tts their SPECIALITY tt made their YONG TAU HU so YUMMILICIOUS!!
after tt, we went to hav our HAKKAIDO GREEN TEA ICECREAM AND GELATO GREEN TEA ICECREAM!! the final verdict? HAKKAIDO's IS NICER cuz gelato's has too much milk!!! n den we went nuts over green tea! we went to get green tea matcha to make icecream and pastries from it!! =DD it was damn bloody expensive bt WE DON CARE!!
n since we were at TAKA n food was readily available......
dad was being so nice tt night n offered to send us hme. so he onli ate his homecooked dinner at 9.20pm! SO SORRYYY!!!

woke up damn early in the morning to met up with trish for an interview to be an assistant teacher to a chinese tuition. HAHAHA! if nt for trish n my sadist love to outtalk n outsmart 9 year old kids, I die oso wont go! For one, I HATE KIDS. n secondly, CHINESE IS NOT EXACTLY MY STRONGEST SUBJECT CURRENTLY, after being detached frm it for almsot 2 yrs.
den we went EATING! bought MEI ZHEN XIANG'S GOURMET BA KWAH n was utterly disappointed with it cuz half of the slice i was eating is FATS. i am nt exactly a big fat of gooey, sweet fats so i didnt reali like it. after tt we went to Hakkiaido fair n got ourselves scallop fish cakes!! =D nice~ N then we went sakae for a proper lunch! =DD stuffed ourselves with CARBO n left for SHOPPING!
after tt, went straight to grandma hse for REUNION GATHERING!! i love my LOH family!! everyone brought damn lot of singapore kuehs n delicacies for MEEE!!

woke up damn early to go teckwhye for BREKKIE! I MISS SINGAPORE'S KOPITIAM BREKKIE! T.T den we went wet-marketting~ went out in the late afternoon with xiaogu, sangu and angeline jiejie cuz i refused to get out of the house during the mid-day when it was DAMN HOT!!!
came back n i cooked HOT N SOUR SOUP for my family! my dad was damn cynical abt it bt upon his first mouthful, he was like, "MMM! WAH NT BAD HAR!" -.- TSKTSK! went over to grandpa's hse for gathering after dinner.
Today 30/06
went for my 2nd dental appointment to remove the stiches in the morning. met jess to go SPCA! den we went to Crystal Jade for Dimsum bt we ended up ordering damn oily stuff cuz i wanted to eat smth doughy n i cant eat prawns too! POOR JESS!!
then had to rush off to meet my dad to settle some banking stuff. n while we were at it, we went to renew my passport and pay for my plane ticket. Had teabreak after tt at pasir panjang food centre XD den we went over to the wholesale market to get some dried goodies =)) picked up my sis frm sch on the way back.

YAY tmr i shall be RECLUSIVE!!! stay hme n watch some dramas or smth.. haven had any "MY-TIME" since i came back last wk lah! its nt like i don like my social life. I LOVE IT PLS! its just that smtimes its nice to juz curl up in bed and read or watch smth brain-dead while i munch on light snacks.
OHH!! n i shall go meet my sis for lunch =D LALALA! i am such a faithful sister pls! N I LOVE the vegeterian food near her sch! =X
shit man! I'm abusing the fact tt i've lost weight, to eat excessively! But its like whenever i tell myself to stop bingeing, someone who haven seen me for ages would go, "OH HUIQIAN! U LOST WEIGHT ISIT?"
n the bingeing starts. nt tt it has reali stopped in the first place -.O But like yan said, the "results" wont be immediate. so in a few weeks time, i reckon i would gain like 5kg and look like a WHALE! T.T
BUT if i were to be optimistic, tt can be a good thing too =DDD cuz then i will be motivated to run and train for d 12km marathon in GASP! august! URGH! i tink my stamina has probably rolled down the hill n like disappeared?!?!

i am like damn lucky my stiches r still intact. either tt or my dentist is damn skilful!
I was told to adhere to a soft food diet for at least 3 days. n tt just means CONGEE CONGEE N MORE CONGEE! for a day, i resisted n resisted- only had fish congee for lunch and dinner. BUT DEN, u hav to understand that i had been deprived of SG food for half a yr ok. n the onli delicacy i ate bfore my extraction was tt bowl of fishball noodle we had upon touching down on sunday.
n soo...
On the 2nd day, when trish came over to visit, i was snacking on ARNOTTS BISCUITS liao. the process of eating it was damn tedious n it hurts too bt siya ta buleh tahan! ohh hahaha poor trish was damn traumatised when i gave her a "special greeting" at guardians =) i saw her at the cosmetics section from afar n after reconfirming tt its her, i ran over n smacked her pigu!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA LIJIN U SHUD HAV SEEN THE LOOK ON TRISH FACE! she spun around immediately with tt look of horror! n then it was hyperventilation! LOL!! zomg so fun to kajiao our trish mummy! =DDD i miss her so much pls! couldnt stop talking frm the moment we see each other till i send her off at the bus stop! WE MUST HAV SLPOVER WHEN MDM ONG COMES BACK! xD
that night, my dad was summoned back to work at 9pm -.- cuz smth cropped up and the APNNs couldnt resolve it. me and sis decided to tag along too (: heh! we left his work site near 1am so both of us were damn slpy luh, we just slumped over at the back of the car on our way hme n zzzz...
then.. we passed by pasir panjang food centre n my dad went, "SUPPER?" IN AN INSTANCE, both of us SNAPPED OUT OF OUR STUPOR N WENT, "YESSSSSSYESSSSS!!!" n so we pulled up at the carpark n dived into the food centre! hahahaha had ROJAK AND A LARGE SERVE OF OYSTER OMELETTE at 1am! =X oops~
n tday, i went towning with my sangu n i had dimsum n yongtouhu =D wakaka! its damn nice! after tt, we carried our happy tummies around to tangs, taka and the hakkaido foodfare n ate more!! spend $2 on one pathetic ball of red bean mochi tt was too sweet =( bought green tea corn crackers to share too! YUMYUM!! its seasonal so go grab it whilst its still on the shelves!
n zomg, MUZ GO TO THE HAKKAIDO FOOD FARE! ther r like damn lot of things for u to sample on!! bt muz buy smth luh, however small. i bought a small packet of seafood soy crackers- 5.80 for just 100g -.-
didnt get to eat the HAKKAIDO green tea icecream cuz we were damn full so i am gg back tmr with my sis to eat them!!! XDDD OHH N TRISH!! i saw the honeydew u were talking about!! n yess, they r reali expensive! like FREAKING EX!!! one round ordinary-looking honeydew cost S$86!!! n too bad they don sell in slices if nt i can do wad trish did! XDDDDDDDD
ANW, I WAS DAMN HAPPY TDAY!! i love our island pls!!! there r sooooooooo many things to eat n i am like damn spoilt for choices!!!!!!! luckily i shed some kgs frm perth for mi to put them back on again =DDD WEETWEET!!!

ahh~ felt much btr alr! ytd was damn -.- pls... i took the freaking painkillers n it made mi like a living zombie. THANKFULLY I HAD DEARNAO WITH ME!! =D i love her to bits! sry if i was just blabbering most of the time >.< kept wanting to tell her stuffs bt my brain's too tired to function!
bt anw, i was glad (AND DAMN HAPPY XDD) she came over to visit despite her superbly busy schedule!!!!!!! POOR NAO was so worried when she saw me pls. I AM ALRITE NAO! =DDD
hahaha! n my aunty called mi in the afternoon to warn mi of the painkillers bt TOO LATE! I alr took it T.T well, wad happened was. i went to extract my wisdom tooth on monday with my sangu. had 3 stiches done cuz ther was some cutting of gums involved. =S
OHYAH! updates abt my family's tour in perth! too lazy to update photos nw, shall do it when my mind's clearer =) N yay! so far, my island's being relatively nice to me~~ though its gloomy most of the time, I AM NT THE LEAST BOTHERED!!

Alright, this shall be my last post before I go back to MY SUNNY LITTLE ISLAND on the 22nd morning. (: in a couple of hrs time, my dad and sis are gg to step foot on an airport which is vastly different from the one who have in Singapore =S
N I shall show up looking even more ridiculously happy than I already am, by wearing…
MY RAINBOW JACKET! =DDD so I will be literally emitting rays of happiness :) at this pt of time, I tink u will rather nt noe me. HAHAHA! XDDD Anw, I am REALI DAMN RELEIVED tt the exams were over!! But I didn’t get to slack ard much these 2 days because I had to pack my room into the luggage.
N it doesn’t help that I cant just dump everything into one bt have to categorize them into three;
1. leave at new Korean hse
2. bring back to Singapore
3. bring along for the tour with dad n sis
it is an uberly complex system. TSK! Had steamboat last night! MA LA HUO GUO~~ though the ingredients were not as “exciting” as those they hav at Tanglin, it was damn shiok to eat hot steamy steamboat on a cold winter night… somemore its hot PLUS SPICY!! *sigh in contentment*
hrmph! Its already 9.30am bt anny’s still not up yet!! MY MILK OATMEAL W/ CRANBERRY BREAKFAST!! N u noe hw upset I get when I don get to eat my breakfast the moment I wake up right!??! ALRITE, I shall sip tea then while waiting! Heck the myth tt says tea retards ur metabolism rate!
Zzz.. I should prob stop mucking around n finish up my packing n not leave everything till the very last minute. Something which I always fail to do- get ready in advance. Alright, CYA IN 8 DAYS!!!! I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!! I MISS SINGAPORE, MY BELOVED FRDS AND THE FOOD!!! ZOMG THE FOOD!!!!
p.s I booked my dental appointment alr… gg for the wisdom teeth removal on Monday 23rd, 2pm! So I reckon I would be stuck at home, wallowing in self-pity as I recuperate from a swollen face for a good 3/4 days after Monday.

I moved out of yan n jess's hmestay alr so nw i am staying alone in Langford since anny n lai would only be coming back this saturday night. Last night was my first night alone bt it wasnt as bad as i tot it would be (: bt i was damn paranoid cuz i double checked every single lock in the hse like twice last night, before activating the hse alarm n gg to bed -.O
n zomg! daddy n meimei r coming to Perth is like 12days?!?! n i CANT WAIT!! but boo.. tmr's the start of exams alr n i am just about to start studying for d foundies exams. n yep, foundies exams r on TMR =O hw convenient~
alrite~ i have like 12 hrs to qiong for foundies! wish me luck!! n YAY!! i recieved letters frm pao, rimei and angeline jiejie! =DD so happy to see those letters the moment i reached hme =D tt kept me HIGH all the way till bedtime! i tink mayb tts y last night wasnt tt bad.. hmm, lets c my mood tonite den!
OKIE!! I HAV TO ZAO! i don wan to repeat this crap unit again next semester! ta~ n shit, its freaking public holiday tday n perth is freaking close statewide. GREAT. just when i desperately need to get groceries..
