I missed an outing with
rashal n hidayah ytd T.T cuz i had to work ytd afternoon so i couldnt make it to the outing.. work has been well, so far (: it can get
quite stressful at times when random customers just call mi up and start ranting on
how they couldnt get the cable modem set up, how unfair it is to only be able to collect their free notebk next yr, how starhub is more inferior to singtel..DEN WHY SIGN UP WITH US IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!?!?!i am seriously v pissed with this
stupid cheena man. i am nt being a racist. no wait, it isnt racist since i am a chinese as well. wad a disgrace to chinese man, these pple. anw, tt guy was really getting on my nerves ok. He was
unbelievably unreasonable.
He blames me for the
notebks being out of stock, blame me for not telling him that the
internet services would start upon installation of the modem, blames me for the
1633 hotline being non-chinese speaking, blames me for his
hi-card running out of money etc etc
LIKE WAD THE HELL.
firstly, its
COMMON SENSE that internet services
WILL start when u plug d damn cable into the damn port.
secondly, i
DID warn him that he wont b able to recieve d free notebk till march 2008.
Thirdly, 1633
HAS instructions told in chinese, it is just that he
WASNT smart enuf to press 2 for chinese when prompted to.
Lastly,
UR HI-CARD NO MONEY DEN GO N TOP UP LAH U KUKU HEADED.but customers are always right. so i hav to
grit my teeth and put on a
facade of politeness when speaking to him. and each time he demand smth stupid, i wanted to just reach to the other side of the line and strangle him to death lah.
STUPID CHEENA MAN! that day when i was out with my sis, he had to spoil the whole mood by calling me ten thousand times. and i got NO free incoming calls. URGH.
I am so glad i chose to be a vet luh, just imagining myself as a sales promoter for anuder gd 50 yrs of my life makes me reel.
anyway, thankfully there are
lots of good food these few days to relieve some of my stress =DD Went for a super posh dinner at
Oosh for my dad's company dinner (: weeeeet. It was so yummy that i finished every lick of d dessert [
Warm Valrhona Chocolate Torte with Haagen Daz vanilla icecream] without any tint of guilt =DDD bt it was hell expensive, dad reckoned tt d whole meal would hav cost over 100 per person.. ouch. bt it was worth every cent. the aroma, the taste, the presentation.. XDD
then sbsequently, on sat night.. there was
anuder dinner at Tanglin ballroom. my second cousin got married n it was good food again!! YUM YUM!! =DDD
So, i hav to work
extra hard to make up for the
extra fats put on. k tata, gg IMM later to get smth for my dad's bdae~ den off to work, i go (: hope i don get posted to lucky plaza again. tsktsk! LOL.
