you could make me happy this way

had a superb time ytd with the Chiu family... been a yr since i last saw them, except for my immediate relatives. Loads of catching up done and i just love it when every1 started fussing over me. HAHAHAHA. i am such a sucker for attention.

bt seriously lah, i feel so LOVED man when all my grandaunties, aunties and uncles surround me and start giving me encouraging pats on my back, when everyone's attention is on me and my overseas studies. XDDDD

it was all an heartwarming and happy episode. bt on an occasion tts so wrong for such episodes of joy. it was my 3rd uncle's death anniversary ytd. Grandpa was having those horrible gastric problems again :(

it just kills me to see him in any sorts of pain. I LOVE MY GRANDPA SOOOO MUCH. i wish i was a little girl, all over again. when i could curl up in the embrace of my grandpa and watch him so closely that even a twitch of his face muscle would make me squeal in delight.

Grandfatherly love is so rare now in today's society. not when extended families rarely exist anymore. bt at least nw ther r still parental love. well, at least in most of the families. =S bt wad is gg to happen in anuder 50 yrs or so when all parents are gagged and tied to WORK? would all children recieve no love at all?

a world void of love. shudders.

we were always tot to be foward looking. but what happens when the future seems bleak and scary? do we still remain foward-looking or are we allowed to just feed on the past and reminise?
